Hey Ya’all, it’s me, Veronica!
I joined TK Fitness on October 18, 2022. Initially, my goal for joining TK Fitness was to get healthy by removing a sickness that was attacking my body (recurring cellulitis) and losing weight.
TK Fitness is a community of women who are encouraging, supportive, and cultivate gym goals. Especially when times you don’t feel motivated to show up, they keep you accountable and work out with you while pushing you to new levels.. it keeps you wanting to come back for more.
TK Fitness has many different time slots for coach lead classes, but I try to keep a consistent schedule so that I get acquainted with my crew; it’s easier to know one another and stay friends.
I am most proud that I have stuck with TK Fitness (almost 2 years) and this wonderful fitness community. I’m still a work in progress, even after losing 50lbs. I feel even more motivated as I’ve improved my connection with nutrition. The recurring cellulitis has subsided with no major flare-ups in over 6 months. Coach Trisha offers more than a gym; you get motivational videos; nutrition guidance; physical strength… the list goes on. She is an amazing woman of faith who believes in YOU! Trisha is passionate about helping you reach your physical/personal goals.
I recommend TK Fitness to anyone who is seeking change! Who wants a community of women who are amazing, caring, and inspiring.
TK Fitness changes lives! I am forever grateful.

I joined TK Fitness in October of 22. A friend put me in a drawing for 1-3 months of free training. I was going to not sign up and keep going. But my husband encouraged me to do it.
I knew that it’s something that I needed to do to so that I can be here for my babies and myself. I needed to get healthier for myself. But I faced a very dark reality of what they call today “generalized anxiety” .
This was one of my biggest fears and hurdles I never knew I could face and overcome.
Not just TK fitness, but Trisha herself has helped me through most of my fears and to just keep pushing. I have learned that the place i want to get too, i can’t be afraid of the changes and sacrifices that i know i need to make to get there.

Hey I’m Ashlee!
I joined TK Fitness in January of 24! I have been very self conscious about my weight for the last 8 years. Everything I tried nothing seemed to work. It was like I was stuck at this weight. I was never self motivated to go to the gym and commit to it. I knew that I had to do something I had to get my body moving and get healthy not just for myself but for my family. I want to be able to enjoy family vacations, and be able to keep up with their busy lives.
TK Fitness is a wonderful community that pushes me to be the best version of myself and Trisha Kinney pushes me past my mental limitations and shows me just what my body is capable of. I never thought I would have the strength that I have now. My work is not finished I am no where near where I want to be but I am so much further than where I was. I have to get out of my own way and keep my head in the game and push myself everyday. I’m excited to continue my journey with TK Fitness!

Trisha’s nutritional coaching has been just what I’ve needed. I didn’t realize I was having gallbladder issues when I started, but several weeks in it I was diagnosed and had to completely rethink what and how I was eating. Trisha held my hand every step of the way. Many people told me to just go ahead and have it removed, but I refuse. I have been over two months without an issue! I have felt so much better since working Through Trisha’s coaching. I realize through this program I was not feeling my body the way it needed to be. I was not eating even a fraction of the protein I needed in a day. I didn’t think there would be any way to eat that many grams. But now it’s just what I do! My energy level is better, my belly is flatter, I work out harder, I want to get my 10,000 steps in every day! All because Trisha takes the time to listen to me, give me advice, and tweaks things strategically. Doing a program of any kind can seem overwhelming in the beginning, but having Trisha to hold my hand, answer all the questions, and walk with me every step of the way has been such a blessing! I love Trisha.
Trisha has been a fantastic nutrition coach! She listens, she cares, and she’s been my biggest cheerleader. She guides me along and helps me pick up when I’m falling, and all the way reminding me how proud she is of me and never making me feel ashamed for days I don’t quite put in my all. Not only is she vested in my nutrition, but my overall health. Sleeping is a real issue for me and she spent countless time that she didn’t have to try to figure out healthy supplements or regimens to help me feel better. There is quite a bit of self talk and digging into why I choose food to help cope with certain stresses. She is never pushy or prized, but always lets me know she’s there for me on those days. Not only am I feeling better I’m looking better, I’m stronger and I’m more confident about myself. Trisha has become more than just a nutrition coach, but important part of my life.
I was fortunate enough to work with Trisha for three months on both fitness and nutrition. For nutrition help, Trisha is both informative and supportive. I have worked with other sports nutrition experts with less than desirable results and found Trisha’s information and advice to be sound and it actually helped. I lost weight while eating quite a bit and managed to settle down a very sensitive stomach. For fitness, Trisha is awesome! She explains fully what an exercise is and what is going to be accomplished with it. She is aware of and watched for my limits and was careful to help me push myself to be stronger without becoming injured. She is constantly watching your form and will instill good weight lifting habits in you. At the end of three months I had lost 15 pounds while putting on muscle and had become much stronger. Unfortunately Trisha had to move so I was unable to continue working with her one on one. I highly recommend Trisha for fitness and nutrition help. She is fun to work with and it’s not like other trainers… She is the real deal!
I started my journey with TK fitness in May, seeing a change to better myself. As I come to the end of my third month, I improvements in my upper body strength, and area I’ve always wanted to strengthen. My waist is slimming down, my self-confidence has returned, both physically and mentally. Trisha is amazing at what she does, and the women who are a part of this community are phenomenal. TK fitness isn’t just a gym class, it’s a work out family, and I am incredibly grateful to be a part of it.
I started with TK fitness about three months ago, and I absolutely love it! I’ve never seen results like I have an any workout routine or program I’ve been involved in. I also have never felt better in my life healthwise! I am off every single medication I was prescribed! She pushes you, leads you, correct your form, modifies movements if needed, cheers for you, and shows up for you! The girls in this group are just amazing!
