ONE SESSION PER WEEK

One session per week is great for clients who are in recovery from a surgery or injury as well as an addition to group training for more in depth specialized training specific to your goals.

Two session private training is perfect for a lady who has been de-conditioned and is wanting to get into training more frequently, this frequency of training can be used as an intermediary option to full time training.
